_______________

The Treaty of Paris was signed between the American colonies and Great Britain in 1783. It ended the American Revolution and established the United States as an independent country.

The images are the first, second, and last page of the treaty. In total, there were ten articles signed by three U.S. representatives (Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, and John Adams) and one British representative (David Hartley).
