How You Can Support Mount Vernon

For 150 years, Mount Vernon has existed as the national monument to our nation's first president. The principal mission of the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association has been to restore and preserve George Washington's estate for the citizens of the United States and the world.

Types of Membership

In an effort to encourage donors to become more involved in Mount Vernon's education and preservation programs, the Association offers a number of privileges to members. Help preserve the life and legacy of George Washington for future generations!

Major and Planned Gifts

Your special gift leaves a legacy of American history for future generations. We can help you plan the right charitable gift given your assets, income, and other estate or financial obligations. You also may wish to consider a bequest or beneficiary designation of an asset. All donors of planned gifts become members of our Ann Pamela Cunningham Society.
